Dear Valued VTuber Plus Community,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the transition of VTuber Plus from Steam to Itch and some changes in our redeem code policy. Since November of last year, we have been working diligently to make VTuber Plus available on Itch, offering you an alternative platform to enjoy our software.

We understand that many of you have already purchased VTuber Plus on Steam, and we appreciate your support. As a token of our appreciation, we have been providing redeem codes to users who purchased VTuber Plus on Steam, allowing you to access the software on Itch without an additional cost. We've been glad to assist in making this transition as smooth as possible.

However, after careful consideration and in light of our commitment to providing continued support and improvements to VTuber Plus, we have decided to discontinue the provision of redeem codes after the end of this month. This means that as of September 30th 2023, we will no longer issue redeem codes for Steam purchases of VTuber Plus. If you have not yet used your Steam version or redeemed your itch key, we kindly request that you do so before September 30th 2023. After this date, should you wish to continue using VTuber Plus on Itch, you will need to purchase it directly from the Itch platform.

We understand that transitions like these can be challenging, but we believe this change will allow us to focus our efforts on enhancing your VTuber Plus experience and delivering exciting new features in the future. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this transition or redeem codes, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
