New layout for Rewards Setup.
Specific custom items can now be attached to rewards.
Items per Bit Method now uses Bits and Item count to determine the number of final items.
Disabled "Ctrl+A" in sub menus.
Improved the connections to Twitch's API.
Fixed small bugs.
